  1. Introduction ConnectWithRogers.ca is owned and operated by Wireless DNA Inc., an authorized Rogers dealer. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, services, and offerings, including pricing, appointment bookings, and service inquiries related to consumer, Rogers Preferred Program (RPP), and Small Business plans. By using our site, you agree to these terms.
  2. Use of Website and Services
  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. 
  • User Responsibility: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when engaging with our services. 
  • Prohibited Use: You agree not to: 
  • Violate any applicable laws. 
  • Interfere with or disrupt the website. 
  • Misuse content, trademarks, or intellectual property owned by Wireless DNA Inc. 
  1. Service Availability and Pricing
  • Offerings: All plans and offers shown are subject to availability and eligibility as determined by Rogers and Wireless DNA Inc. 
  • Pricing: All pricing and offers are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing is confirmed in-store or by a representative. 
  • Booking Appointments: The website facilitates appointment bookings for over 70 Wireless DNA retail stores across Canada. 
  • Store Availability: Services and offers may vary by location and availability of Rogers plans. 
  1. Promotions and Plans
  • Promotional offers, discounts, and bundle deals are subject to specific eligibility criteria and may not be combined unless explicitly stated. 
  • All advertised plans are for information only and do not constitute a legal contract until confirmed by a Wireless DNA representative. 
  1. Privacy and Personal Information
  • Your personal data collected through forms or appointments is governed by our [Privacy Policy]. 
  • We do not sell or share personal information without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to fulfill your service request.

  1. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
  2. Termination Wireless DNA Inc. may terminate or restrict access to the website or appointment services at any time for violations of these terms.
  3. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable Canadian laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

Meta Glasses Giveaway – Official Rules (“Terms & Conditions”)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

These Official Rules (the “Rules”) govern the Meta Glasses Giveaway (the “Contest”) sponsored by Wireless DNA Inc. (the “Sponsor”). By entering, each participant (“Entrant”) agrees to be bound by these Rules and all applicable laws.

1. Contest Period

The Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on May 22, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on June 24, 2025 (the “Contest Period”). The random draw will be held on June 25, 2025 at approximately 1:00 p.m. ET in Toronto, Ontario.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario, Canada, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, possess a valid Instagram® account, and have access to the Internet. Employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family (spouse, parent, sibling, child) or household members of any of the foregoing are not eligible. The Contest is void outside Ontario and where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

During the Contest Period, an eligible Entrant must complete both of the following digital steps:

  1. Follow the Sponsor’s official Instagram account @connectwithrogers_wdna (the “Account”);
  2. Follow the Sponsor’s official Instagram account @connectwithrogers (the “Account”); and
  3. Complete the online lead‑generation form linked from the Account’s bio or promotional landing page, providing the requested contact information in full.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per Instagram account/email address for the entire Contest Period. Multiple or automated entries will be void. No purchase is required. Internet access and an Instagram account (available for free) are required.

4. Prize

One (1) prize is available to be won: one (1) pair of Ray‑Ban® | Meta smart glasses (model/style at Sponsor’s sole discretion). Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $449 CAD. The prize must be accepted as awarded, is not transferable, and no cash or other substitution will be made, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or component) of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

5. Winner Selection & Odds

On June 25, 2025, a random draw will be conducted from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. The selected Entrant must meet all eligibility criteria and comply with these Rules to be confirmed the winner.

6. Notification & Prize Claim

The selected Entrant will be notified by email and/or direct Instagram message within two (2) business days of the draw. The selected Entrant must:

  • (i) respond within five (5) business days of being notified;
  • (ii) sign and return a declaration of eligibility, liability/publicity release, and consent to personal‑information handling within the time specified; and
  • (iii) otherwise comply with these Rules.

If the selected Entrant fails to meet any requirement, is ineligible, or cannot be contacted, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate eligible Entrant will be selected by random draw.

7. Limitation of Liability & Release

By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”), Instagram, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and all of their directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, loss, or damages arising out of or in connection with the Entrant’s participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. The Released Parties make no representation or warranty of any kind regarding the prize.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest (in whole or in part) if fraud, technical failure, tampering, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, in which case all eligible entries received prior to such action will be included in the random draw. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and may result in disqualification and prosecution.

9. Privacy & Marketing Communications

By entering this Contest, each Entrant expressly consents to the Sponsor and Rogers Communications Canada Inc. (“Rogers”) collecting and using the personal information provided on the entry form for the purposes of administering the Contest and sending the Entrant future marketing communications—including news, special offers, and promotional messages—about Rogers products and services by email, SMS, or other electronic means, in accordance with Canada’s Anti‑Spam Legislation (CASL). Entrants may withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism in any such message. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the the Privacy Policy (https://connectwithrogers.ca/privacypolicy). Data may be processed and stored on servers located outside Canada.

10. Publicity & Intellectual Property Rights

By accepting a prize, the winner grants the Sponsor an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide licence to use the winner’s name, city/province, likeness, Instagram handle, photograph, and/or statements about the Contest for advertising and publicity purposes, in any media, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

All rights in and to the Contest, these Rules, and any associated materials are and shall remain the exclusive property of Wireless DNA Inc. No portion of the Contest materials may be reproduced, republished, or distributed without the prior written consent of Wireless DNA Inc.

11. Governing Law

These Rules are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any disputes will be adjudicated in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

12. Instagram / Meta Disclaimer & Information Notice

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram® or Meta Platforms, Inc. By following @connectwithrogers, submitting the online entry form, or otherwise interacting with the Contest through social‑media platforms and/or via the Contest website, you acknowledge and agree that you are providing your information solely to Wireless DNA Inc. and not to Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other third party. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to Wireless DNA Inc., not to Instagram or Meta.

13. Winner List

The winner’s name and municipality will be available upon request by emailing marketing@wdna.ca with the subject line “Meta Glasses Giveaway Winner” within sixty (60) days after the Contest ends.
