Meta Glasses Giveaway – Official Rules (“Terms & Conditions”)
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. These Official Rules (the “Rules”) govern the Meta Glasses Giveaway (the “Contest”) sponsored by Wireless DNA Inc. (the “Sponsor”). By entering, each participant (“Entrant”) agrees to be bound by these Rules and all applicable laws.1. Contest Period
The Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on May 22, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on June 24, 2025 (the “Contest Period”). The random draw will be held on June 25, 2025 at approximately 1:00 p.m. ET in Toronto, Ontario.2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario, Canada, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, possess a valid Instagram® account, and have access to the Internet. Employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family (spouse, parent, sibling, child) or household members of any of the foregoing are not eligible. The Contest is void outside Ontario and where prohibited by law.3. How to Enter
During the Contest Period, an eligible Entrant must complete both of the following digital steps:- Follow the Sponsor’s official Instagram account @connectwithrogers_wdna (the “Account”);
- Follow the Sponsor’s official Instagram account @connectwithrogers (the “Account”); and
- Complete the online lead‑generation form linked from the Account’s bio or promotional landing page, providing the requested contact information in full.
4. Prize
One (1) prize is available to be won: one (1) pair of Ray‑Ban® | Meta smart glasses (model/style at Sponsor’s sole discretion). Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $449 CAD. The prize must be accepted as awarded, is not transferable, and no cash or other substitution will be made, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or component) of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.5. Winner Selection & Odds
On June 25, 2025, a random draw will be conducted from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. The selected Entrant must meet all eligibility criteria and comply with these Rules to be confirmed the winner.6. Notification & Prize Claim
The selected Entrant will be notified by email and/or direct Instagram message within two (2) business days of the draw. The selected Entrant must:- (i) respond within five (5) business days of being notified;
- (ii) sign and return a declaration of eligibility, liability/publicity release, and consent to personal‑information handling within the time specified; and
- (iii) otherwise comply with these Rules.
